Thomas Pritchard is a Director of Charter HCP with 15 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, venture capital and debt structuring. Throughout his career, Thomas has worked across bespoke investment, private equity and debt finance, developing expertise in structuring complex funding solutions. His experience spans financial analysis, M&A, joint ventures, venture financing, IPOs and high-value commercial negotiations. Thomas also has a strong interest in artificial intelligence and digital systems integration, particularly how AI, automation and connected data systems can improve due diligence, deal origination, financial analysis and the overall client experience. With experience across the UK, Asia, the Americas and Europe, Thomas brings an international perspective to Charter HCP, working with clients and partners to identify opportunities and structure tailored financial solutions across a broad range of sectors and markets.
